Our Story
Sword & Sorcery was born of one couple's desire to bring traditional folklore and magic to the modern age in a creative, clever, and elegant way that finds harmony with 'New Age' philosophies and metaphysical principles. Sword & Sorcery was born out of the reincarnation and marriage of previous metaphysical projects 'Soul Purpose' and 'Savage Daughter' which were two very large parts of our lives for the last several years but ultimately grew to where it made more sense to combine and re-brand.
We hope you enjoy our latest incarnation.
We make conditioning oil blends, incense, smudging bundles, bath salts and other herbal potions, magically infused & inspired colored pencil-drawings and other folk art, and magical tools such as pendulums, runes, and spirit boards.
All items are handcrafted in small batches and limited in quantity. Herbal products are made primarily from ethically foraged materials we forage and wildcraft ourselves.
Tarot Card Readings, Spells, Reiki, & Other Energy Work Services
Both founders of Sword & Sorcery are Reiki Master-Teachers and magical practitioners happy to use our gifts and skills for the over all health and well being of our world.
We offer readings, energy work, and spell-working services. Energy working sessions typically consist of a combination of modalities we use in our self practice. We hope soon to also offer classes and workshops.
We are in the process of building an online shop, and frequently vend events in the Richmond, VA area. Watch our event page for updates.
